These Terms of Service apply to the T4D Academy website and mobile application.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the T4D Academy platform, including the website and mobile application operated by:

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
T4D Academy is an online educational platform providing clinical video content in the field of dentistry.
The platform offers both free and paid content.
It is intended exclusively for dental students and qualified dental professionals.
3. User Account
To access the platform, you must create a user account.
You agree to:
• provide accurate information
• keep your login credentials secure
• not share your account with others
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Account Usage and Devices
Your account is intended for personal use by a single user only.
Access is limited to a maximum of two (2) devices at the same time. If this limit is exceeded, access may be automatically restricted, and only the most recently logged-in device may remain active. In case of suspected misuse (including account sharing), we reserve the right to restrict or suspend access without compensation.
5. Subscription and Access
After creating an account, users may access selected free content. Full access to all educational materials requires an active subscription.
The subscription is provided for a period of one year. Payment is charged in advance. The subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation does not affect the current paid period. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Payments
Subscriptions are purchased exclusively through our website.
7. Content Usage
All content is provided for personal educational use only.
You may not:
• download
• copy
• modify
• distribute
• publicly share
any content without prior written consent.
Recording, screen capturing, or reproducing content for redistribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on T4D Academy, including videos, images, and educational materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and owned by the operator.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
9. Medical Disclaimer
The content provided on the platform is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
T4D Academy does not provide healthcare services. Any clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
10. Clinical Results Disclaimer
Clinical cases presented may not represent typical outcomes. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T4D Academy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:
• use of the platform
• inability to use the platform
• reliance on the content
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
13. Legal Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. This does not affect consumer rights under applicable law.
